Committee Meetings
We hold four quarterly business meetings a year and all registered Democrats in Washington County are welcomed and encouraged to attend. At each meeting, you’ll get to meet and hear from the Democratic candidates on your ballot, allowing you to make an informed decision about who you are voting for. In addition, you’ll receive updates from elected officials about what is going on at the local, state, and federal level. Finally, you’ll get the most up-to-date election related information, from constitutional amendments that will be on your ballot to changes to our State Legislature and Congressional maps. These meeting are a great way to stay informed, meet other Democrats, and show your blue colors!
Attend Events
In addition to our business meetings, we hold a number of social events throughout the year. From our annual banquet and summer picnic, to Wild Things baseball games and celebrations of International Women’s Day, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to gather with like-minded people who care about our democracy as much as you do. And because we live our values, we are in the community as much as possible at events such as the Whiskey Rebellion, the county fair, Black Lives Matter marches, PRIDE and more.
Volunteer
The strength of our committee depends on the commitment of our wonderful volunteers, and there are a number of ways you can help. No matter your personality, we have a volunteer opportunity for you.
We have a number of subcommittees that are focused on different tasks, from organizing our various events to coordinating community service projects. Check out our various subcommittees HERE and see if any are of particular interest to you.

The easiest way to contribute to our efforts and make a difference without leaving the comfort of your house is to donate. None of our efforts are possible without the generous support of our donors.
